Stopped working

Half of the pens stopped working the 1st or 2nd time using them. Crazy. I came and read reviews and see the same thing happening with other peoples pens too, so I’m not alone here. Messages customer service and waiting to hear back.

Hi Stacy, we have not recieved an email from you regarding this issue. We will happily replace the pens an/or show you how you can easily fix it. I don't think its an ink issue, it might be a barrel issue which takes seconds to tighten. Regardless, please email us and we will happily help you.

Do not recommend

The pen itself is cute. But after 2 days of using it the pen went all the way in to the point the pen doesn’t work anymore. Doesn’t write anymore do not recommend.
