Ashley Graber is a psychotherapist who focuses and meditation + mindfulness expert. She talks about the science of our brains and why it's so difficult to quiet the mind. Ashley also gives a lot of tips on how to be mindful in everyday life and how to meditate as a beginner. We even did a quick guided meditation session with her which we hope you'll do alongside the episode. I explained all the anxiety I felt from trying to quiet my mind and it was completely normal.
