Please allow 24-48 hours for shipping and handling. We ship all USA items via USPS. International packages can either be shipped with USPS or DHL.
Please note that when shipping with DHL or UPS customs fees might NOT be included and we are NOT responsible for covering those fees.
All opened or used items are non-returnable. Any product with a seal cannot be returned once the seal is broken (i.e. Planners). Please note you will have to pay for shipping to return the item, unless there is something wrong with the item.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If an order has shipped and says "Delivered" but you did not receive the item(s) then please file a case with USPS before reaching out to us. We cannot send a new package if an order says "Delivered" unless you have proof of the item being stolen (proof from a Ring camera, mailroom camera, police report etc). However, if you cannot provide proof we will happily make a new invoice, give you a big discount, and once that invoice is paid we will send you the package with Priority Mail (free of charge). We want to be fair to you and to our small business.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com.
Any and all Gift Bundles cannot be returned.
