According to research, journaling improves a sense of self, promotes mindfulness, feeds creativity, increases confidence, boosts positivity, and so much more. Anne Frank, Oprah Winfrey, and Frida Kahlo were some of the most influential women who were known to journal and speak about the benefits. Anne Frank even said "I can shake off everything as I write; my sorrows disappear, my courage is reborn." She found peace within her journal and you can too!
