Morning Habits for Highly Successful People

So you want to be a morning person, but you hate waking up early...no worries, we got you! Here are 3 tips on making your mornings easier and setting you up for success!

1. Sleep Early and Wake Up Early. We're always told to wake up early to smash your goals but in order to do so, you need to sleep early. Research suggests that you need about 7-9 hours of sleep each night to wake up rejuvenated and relaxed. Many successful people are early birds, and they're done with 70% of their tasks while others are still brushing their teeth. So get your 7-9 hours of sleep!

2. Practice Gratitude! This sets you up with a positive mindset and positive attitude as the foundation of your day. Jot down 3 things you're grateful for in your journal and you'll notice yourself focusing more on the positive.

3. List all your tasks! Successful people are basically the experts of time management. And, the best way to manage your time is by making a list of all your to do's.
